1. Agreement to terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rise Kids website, mobile experiences, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Rise Kids ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase or create an account. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

3. Products and orders

• Product descriptions, images, and availability are provided for information and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that all content is error-free.
• When you place an order, you offer to purchase the items in your cart at the prices shown (plus applicable taxes and shipping). We may accept or decline orders for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraud.
• Risk of loss for physical goods passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or your address, as per our shipping policy.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. You agree to pay all charges associated with your order using an approved payment method. Taxes and fees are your responsibility where applicable.

5. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the transaction giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred Indian Rupees (₹100), whichever is greater, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rise Kids from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services, unless another forum is required by law.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Material changes may require additional notice where required.
